Inquiry and Consultation
Start by filling out the contact form with your preferred dates and the type of session you’re looking for. We’ll chat about your vision, location ideas, and any specific goals you have for the shoot.
Choosing your date
Because I prioritize a high-quality, personalized experience for every client, I only accept a limited number of sessions each month. To ensure you get your preferred date, I recommend reaching out as early as possible. We will look at the calendar together to find a time that works, keeping in mind that outdoor sessions are typically scheduled during the hour before sunset for that perfect "golden hour" light.
Finalizing the Paperwork
To make our partnership official, I use a seamless digital booking system:
Digital Contract: You’ll receive a contract that outlines all the important details, including rescheduling policies and image rights.
Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot on the calendar. Please note that dates are not held until the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
Preparation & Style Support
Once you are officially on the books, we move into the planning phase:
Location Selection: If we are heading outdoors, I will share a curated list of my favorite local spots that perfectly complement a rich and moody aesthetic.
Wardrobe Guidance: I’ll provide tips on textures and color palettes that photograph beautifully and coordinate with my editing style to help you feel your best.
Final Details
The remaining balance for your session is due the day of our scheduled date. We will also have a final check-in a few days before the shoot to confirm the meeting time and location details.
The Shoot & Gallery Delivery
On the day of the session, my goal is to keep things relaxed and authentic. Once we wrap, I begin the meticulous process of hand-editing your images to achieve that warm, rich aesthetic. You will receive your full, professionally finished gallery via a private online link within 2 weeks.
